How to use

Make room in the fridge. Keep your refrigerator at 40°F or below. Place the clean tray inside a suitable dish on a low shelf to catch any juices.
Lay food flat and cover. Separate portions when practical and lay them flat. Cover the food and follow its packaging directions. Remove vacuum-packed fish from its packaging before thawing unless the label directs otherwise.
Keep it cold as it thaws. Leave it in the refrigerator and allow enough time for the portion’s size and thickness. Never thaw raw meat, poultry or fish on the counter.
Cook, then clean up. Cook thawed poultry, ground meat and fish within 1-2 days; whole beef, pork and lamb cuts within 3-5 days. Wash the tray and catch dish with warm soapy water, then dry.
